How to improve spoken English skills?
Please, go for listening first as it is the foundation of Learning English.
1st step
Listen as much as you can. British Council is the best for developing your listening skills, watch English movies, watch BBC News daily.
2nd step
Record your speaking on the mobile phone, listen to it again and again and try to find out your own shortcoming, then repeat the same process.
3rd step
Read Daily Editorial from any National Daily newspaper, and go for some good fiction or inspirational books.
4th step
Start writing your opinion about the content you have read on a daily basis.
